Jodie is a Year 11 graduate from Ballarat Uni, simultaneously completing one year of study in Mornington with Acting Up at the House drama classes. After graduating, she finally decided to move to Melbourne from Ballarat and take a chance on her dream of an acting career. Since her move to Melbourne, she has thoroughly enjoyed playing roles in the plays Chasing Pegasus - a Play in Ten Chords and PS I Love You, and the short film fixNATION. She continues to pursue her acting dream with appearances in the feature films Hating Alison Ashley and The Extra.
Working as Unit Assistant on Brigit & Benny (as well as playing one of the Townsfolk) has expanded Jodie’s horizons and given her an insight into what to expect when it comes to the professional arena of film and TV. Understanding that work is not always regular in this industry, she has also successfully completed a hospitality course and become a qualified bar attendant!
She continues to pursue opportunities in her chosen field as a performer.
